Statement of the Problem


This descriptive qualitative research  study will be undertaken to determine the

Scope and Delimitation


Several limitations of the study merit attention.  This is limited to a single institution.  Future
research in this area may attempt to replicate and extend the findings using a more varied sample
of different sizes, and geographic locations.

The study will focus on (respondents here) enrolled during school year 2021-2022 at Lagao
National high school. ( add here the characteristics of your respondents and the variables of your
study)

The study is further delimited to the respondents’ preference to disclose their information and
only those questioners with complete information will be included.  Generalization of this study
could only be applied in population with the same characteristics.

Significant of the Study


This study is beneficial to the following entities:

Guidance Center.  The results help Guidance Center to locate students with adjustment problems
and device a program that would address the concern to ensure academic success and total
development. Likewise, guidance counselors are able to effectively address problems the
students’ adaptation problems.
Teachers.  It provide the faculty valuable information regarding their students’ problems on
adaptation to college and will enable them to know better the students who are hard to teach and
understand, especially, the low performing ones.

The GRP will be assessed using a rubric.
