Goal: To officiate fairly in volleyball tournament and execute correctly the hand signals in every decision in the game.
Role: Players, Officials
Audience: Parents, Lasallians and Teacher
Situation: The class is organizing a Volleyball tournament in order to improve the skills in playing and officiating the game
Product: To show a good officiating skill in the game

b. Assign group in each rules and regulation and let them read the given text and answer the guide questions for 5 minutes.
c. Let them choose a representative to read and answer the guide questions in front of the class.

TRANSITION: in order for us not to confuse about the violations committed by each players we will be learning the different hand
signals in volleyball game.

players.
b. Out from the video you’ve searched, make a video presentation showing at least 20 hand signal intended for the video
you’ve cut in the game volleyball.

Actvity 1: Volleyball: Practicum
1. The teacher reminds the students about do’s and don’ts during the game.
2. The teacher must facilitate the performance of the students. Record their performance and monitor the students who are
not participating.
3. The class will be divided into five groups.
4. Choose among the class who will be the first two group to play and the first set of the game officials.
5. The team players will play and the set of officials will manage the officiating.
6. After the period, games being played will be processed by the teacher by asking the following questions:

7. After introducing the Performance task, the teacher will then explain to the class the importance of having volleyball
practicum among the class for the preparation for the said volleyball tournament.
Activity 1: Execution!
1. Retain the groupings on the previous meeting.
2. They will execute the different hand signals discussed last week.

November 4. The teacher will be the one to tell randomly the hand signal and the students will be the one to execute.

Week 6 After the activity, the teacher will present their groupings in their Performance task for their class tournament. The teacher explain
that they will be using double elimination in the said tournament.
After explaining something, the teacher reminds the students to wear their PE attire and bring their whistle and flag next meeting.
