1. Enumerate some rules and regulations in your respective family by which a sound family
relation is strengthened. (30 points)

- Certain rules are essential for the smooth functioning of a family. They
help keep the house organized and the family bond intact. When all the
members follow the rules, it helps them lead a harmonious life, and also each
individual knows about their responsibility towards the others in the family.
Rules help you have discipline in life and make your daily routine predictable
and smooth.

Here’s our set of rules at home;

1. Respect each other

2. Have your Meals Together

- we do believe in a saying that “A family that eats together stays

together.” Eating together as a family helps you bond and share your
experiences with each other.

3. Share the household chores

-It’s a tedious process to clean up your home after a tiring day. Sharing

the family shopping, they were expected to understand how to spend wisely and make the most
judicious use of available funds.

7. Health and

THE COMMON METHOD OF FOOD PRESERVATION

IN MY LOCALITY IS

1. FREEZING- If stored properly, frozen food can last for months. In fact,
because bacteria cannot grow when frozen, food you keep in the freezer can
remain safe to eat for almost indefinite periods of time. However, it will eventually
deteriorate in quality and become unappetising, so you should use most frozen food
within a few months or a year.

2. SALTING - Similar to sugaring, salt draws water out of food and stops bacterial
growth. In high concentrations, it can even destroy bacteria cells, although by this
point the food is likely unappetising.

3. CANNING- Keeping food canned significantly extends its lifespan – but only if
done correctly. The canning process preserves food by removing oxygen through an
airtight seal and containing food in an acidic, sugary, or salty environment, where
bacteria cannot thrive.
