Activity No. 2
A. EXPLANATION
Answer the following questions.
1. What are the advantages of using alternative assessment methods in assessing skills, products and
dispositions/affective learning targets??
- They offer a way to evaluate crucial abilities that conventional assessments cannot do so
directly. Traditional exams don't offer a more accurate setting for measuring student achievement.
They are interested in the educational system and the quality of student work. The feeling of self and
learning that children get as a result of alternative assessment is its most important benefit. In the
absence of this kind of examination, that is disregarded. Knowing exactly what they know and don't
know will be quite beneficial, in my opinion.

students ask questions, they are thinking beyond the content of the

C. REFLECTION
I realized that
- there are declarations of what students are expected to know and be able to perform as
a result of instruction. Learning targets are more specific and result in more specific
instructional and evaluation activities than educational goals, standards, and objectives. If
learning objectives are clearly stated, learners like myself will comprehend what we are
supposed to learn during a course or series of classes. The use of learning goals will also
provide learners with information about what they should be able to perform or display as proof
of their learning.
- I can put the ideas I acquired about letting my students know the lesson's
learning objectives ahead of time in the classroom to use as a future teacher.
The learning objectives must be as precise and definite as possible in order for
me to guarantee that they have relevance for the students. The learning
objectives for the session should be integrated into both classroom instruction
and evaluation. Appropriate assessment techniques may be used to gauge
student learning after the learning objectives have been determined
