Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Valve

Base Part Number: 9D289

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Remove the fasteners and the air intake duct.

Torque: 42 lb.in (4.8 Nm)

2. Disconnect the quick connect coupling and position aside the CAC intake pipe.

3. Disconnect the quick connect couplings.

4. Disconnect the quick connect coupling and detach the wiring harness straps.

5.
l Disconnect the electrical connector.
l Disconnect the quick connect couplings.

l Remove the EVAP purge valve.

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
