Things Discussed/Tackled:

Based on the presentation that was being provided with us, what was discussed is that what is the
purpose of the on the training practicum as well as how it would help us in our degree that we are
enrolled. A program that is designed to serve as a venue where students earn experience that they would
apply once they would be working on their respective company in the future.

On this there are also, roles that the students needs to abide, things that needs to be observe and they
need to apply what they have learned on the field. Being part on this program the students needs to
secure consent to their parents in a form waiver.
It was discussed as well that the partner OJT institution shall be the one to provide as well as organized
the actual on the job training to the trainee in which we would be expose to the actual work. An d that
work assignments would be clearly explained by the partner institution to ensure that the trainee would
be aware on their roles and responsibilities

Things learned:

What I have learned on the discussion is that the on the job training program would provide as an actual work experience. It
would help us what needs to be observing once we would be working already. Being part of it, there are also roles and
responsibilities that need to be followed. This is a joint venture by the school that in the long run , it can promote the well
being of the students. I have learned as well that on the tasked what we do, we would need to create a daily, weekly and
monthly journal report in which that it would serve as a basis for us to really be aligned on the programs purpose.

This program also serves as a venue to us trainee’s to earn career experience that are relevant to our degree that we can use
as a basis on how we would mold ourselves for our better future when working.
Being part of it, was really a tremendous honor and I am thankful that this is being observe now so that we will have a glimpse
on what we will do as we move forward in our career path.
