F) Product/Service Description
The Cold Brew is a coffee that is brewed by steeping coarsely ground Robusta and
Arabica beans from Benguet Province. We steep our beans for 12-24 hours and bottle your cold
brew the same day we deliver it to you. We have seven different flavors to choose from to suit
the palettes of every single of our customers of all ages. Unlike our other competitors, we don't
water down our coffee and it is affordable. The cold-brew process creates a different flavor
profile which makes our cold brew coffee tastes delicious, smoother, and less bitter compared to
other brewed coffee. Our cold brew coffee is for those individuals on a budget and wants quality
coffee while studying, working, or talking with friends or family.
G) Distribution Method
From the plantation farm produced in the upland farms of Atok, Itogon, La Trinidad, and
Tublay in Benguet where it is being refined and packed with a label, the supplies of Robusta and
Arabica coffee beans will be bought and transported all the way to the wholesaler which is the
Stout Coffee PH, located in Quezon City. As the stocks of coffee beans arrive at the Stout Coffee
PH, The Cold Brew which is the retailer will order the coffee product to the Stout Coffee PH that
we will be used for our cold brew coffee and it will be delivered to our coffee shop at Guagua,
Pampanga. After that, we will prepare and steep the beans for 12-24 hours and bottle the cold
brew the same day we deliver/ serve it to the consumers.
H) Payment Method
Once we establish The Cold Brew in Guagua, Pampanga, it will accept orders through
dine-in and take-out services. For dine-in and take-out, we have over-the-counter payments that
can be paid through cash and credit/debit card. Our credit and debit card services can be through
BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Precautionary measures are put in place to ensure a safe and
comfortable environment for both our customers and staff and payment trays are sanitized after
every transaction to avoid direct hand contact with the customers. If you’re craving for The Cold
Brew, you can also have it through delivery which is present in all food delivery services
throughout the province. For delivery services, we are accepting payments through Cash on
Delivery (COD) which do not require the customer to pay until they have received their order.
We are also accepting payments via E-Wallet like Paymaya and Gcash, an online app that allows
the customers to make electronic transactions. We tied-up with the different food couriers like
Food Panda, Grab Food, and ManganPh.
