Para sa pagdiriwang ng Araw ng mga Manggagawa (May 01,

2021)

This is a statement to celebrate Labor’s Day. Our laborers are doing their
work despite all of the inefficiency and compassion of the administration.
This is why we use this opportunity not only to pay respect to the
Laborers but also to call for action to treat our laborers right and give
them the benefits, effective management, right treatment and salary raise
that they deserve.

Patungkol sa Sunod-Sunod na Pagpatay Na Sangkot
ang Pulis at Militar (December 21, 2020)

This is a call to stop the Killings of the Duterte administration and to

express our distress and anger for the killings of the military and police
EXCELLENCE officers who, instead of serving and protecting the Filipino people, goes
around to kill innocent people and threaten the National Security.
SOLIDARITY Innocent people are being killed while the administration does nothing
about it. We do not condone any injustice and threat to human rights and
we do not tolerate such an incompetent and brutal administration.

Sa Hindi Makatarungang Pagkakakulong kay Reina Mae

Nasino at Iba Pang Bilanggong Pampulitikal (October 13,
2020)

This is a call for the freedom expression that is being threatened by this
illegal and unlawful imprisonment of the Filipino activists who only
demand responsibility and effective management from Duterte
Administration. We believe in our right to express our opinions and this
administration remain deaf and blinded while the activists are being
imprisoned for their concern for the Filipino people.

This is a call to end the semester to give the faculty members, staff and
students time to rest especially in this harsh environment where everyone
is exposed to threats of the Covid-19 virus. We believe that the safety of
the students and everyone in the academic field should be the first

priority because the well-being of the students both in their physical and
mental health is more important than any courses that they may learn in
online classes. We will continue to be the voice of the students in the
times of crisis.
YEARS OF
ENLIGHTENMENT
EXCELLENCE The Philosophical Society of UPLB will continue to serve the people
by spreading awareness, updates, and be the voice of the academic
SOLIDARITY community as well as the Filipino citizens. We will not stop caring for
the affairs in our university and our nation and we will always stand
against discrimination, inequality, injustice, fascism and violation of
human rights. We will inform the public using our platforms and we
will remain critical, observant and just in our statements that
prioritize the Filipino people before our own personal interests.
