Answer: Moral acts are those morally right activities that are especially praiseworthy. If they
are done it is a good thing. And of course it can make a person feel good about what has
been done.

2. Summarize Ayn Rand's arguments about Ethical Egoism.

Answer :

Ayn Rand argued that there is a positive harmony of interests among free, rational humans,
such that no moral agent can rationally coerce another person consistently with their own
long-term self-interest. ... According to Rand, voluntary trade alone can assure that human
interaction is mutually beneficial.

3. Give your reflections about the image below.


Answer :

"To say 'I love you' one must first be able to say the I".

It is not possibly successful to love a person without loving yourself first. Love is not self-
sacrifice but the most profound assertion of your own needs and values. It will be a great
power if you’ll value yourself at the same time loving the person you love. It does not just talk
about loving only one person if you're in a relationship, it also talks about loving both sides of
yourself and that person. When you are in love, it means that the person you love is of great
personal, selfish importance to you and to your life. If you were selfless, it would have to mean
that you derive no personal pleasure or happiness from the company and the existence of the
person you love.
