Purpose and Context


The purpose of this project is to provide wedding décor for the ceremony area. Décor will
include three large flower arrangements for the pergola with drapery, 40 shepherds hooks with
glass jar + baby’s breath and 6 metal stands with floral arrangements attached.

Phases or Timeline
07/26/21: Consultation with bride to determine vision + theme
07/27/21-08/26/21: Obtain Decorations to include navy + burgundy flowers, greenery, 40
shepards hooks, 40 glass jars, 14 bunches of baby’s breath, 6 metal stands and ivory drapery.
8/27/21-10/15/21: Assemble decorations and make any edits
11/05/21: Set up decorations

Assumptions

Assumption: Welder will get stands made on time and to agreed upon standard
Impact if assumption is incorrect: Welder will need to reconstruct or we will go with
back up contract
Assumption: Bride will love all décor
Impact if assumption is incorrect: Provide back up samples and maintain
communication with bride to gauge any change in direction
Assumption: We will have at least 2 hours to set up décor on wedding day
Impact if assumption is incorrect: Have as much preassembled to mitigate any time
constraints. Hire additional support for day of wedding.
