INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE HISTORY PRACTICAL (027) TO BE HELD ON

THURSDAY MARCH 25 2021


1. Timings 1. Students of the First Batch (Roll No. 1 to 20): From 7.50 AM
to 10.30 AM.
( There can be some variation in timing as per the pace of the
viva )

2.Students of the Second Batch (Roll No. 21 to 41 ): From 10.


AM to 1 PM. .
( There can be some variation in timing as per the pace of the
viva )

2. Depositing of Students can bring their mobile phones provided they have a
Mobile Phones written permission from their parents.

The respective mobile phone has to be deposited at the reception


on arrival and taken back on departure.

3. Seating Plan 1.First Batch -


Room 9A - Roll No. 1 to 6
Room 9B - Roll No. 7 to 20

2. Second Batch -
Room 9A - Roll No. 21 to 26
Room 9B - Roll No. 27 to 41

4. Written Note from Students are required to bring a written note signed by their
Parents for parents that they are allowing the School to let his/her ward to
leaving the School go back home alone from the school as and when his/her exam
(viva and photo) is over.

Each student is to ensure that this note is countersigned by the


subject teacher before he/she leaves the school.
5. Uniform Students are required to come to the school in proper school
uniform.

6 COVID Students are required to strictly follow the COVID Guidelines


Guidelines i.e. wearing of masks, use of sanitizer, social distancing, etc.

IMPORTANT:
DO NOT FORGET to bring your completed project file and other relevant material to be
submitted to the external examiner at the time of your viva-voce.
