Arrival & Breakfast Procedures

All staff needs to sign-in in the main office upon arriving to school. Classroom teachers and
paraprofessionals are expected to be ready for students in the cafeteria by 9 AM.

9:00 - 9:15 Grades K-5 students will enter the cafeteria and sit at their designated
table. All students will eat breakfast in the cafeteria at this time. Students
need to remain seated, unless they have adult permission to leave their
Seat. Breakfast boxes will be brought to each table, and staff will bring garbage
cans over to tables so students can dispose of trash.

On Friday, July 1, students will sit according to grade-levels. Following the first day of the
program classrooms will be assigned specific tables in the CAFE.

9:15 Students will exit the CAFE with teachers and head to their classrooms

Rooms 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, and 10 will enter/exit through the FRONT of the CAFE

Rooms 20, 21, 22, and 23 will enter/exit out the REAR of the CAFE

Find time to complete attendance and lunch count. Student workers will begin making rounds to
classrooms at 9:30 am to pick up these lists.

Lunch Procedures

11:30-11:50 Grades K-5 students will enter the cafeteria, get their lunch, and remain
seated at their designated table. Students need to remain seated, unless
they have adult permission to leave their seat. Staff members will visit tables so
students can dispose of garbage.

*Students may not share any food items, due to allergies

Rooms 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, and 10 will enter/exit through the FRONT of the CAFE

Rooms 20, 21, 22, and 23 will enter/exit out the REAR of the CAFE

Dismissal Procedures

12:50 Teachers will walk students down to the GYM for dismissal.
Students will remain seated with their designated BUS on the
bleachers, or in the PICK-UP line against the wall.
