Introduction

This delightful and delectable product is guaranteed to bring out the sweet teeth of many people

around the city of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. The homemade Pastillas and Yema (PnY) has

the ability to exceed their competitors’ capabilities and consumers’ expectations for its primary

strategy is in the product itself and the purpose of its execution.

The Narration of Implementation of Pastillas and Yema

The business executed a home-based operation with the use of social media such as Facebook,

Instagram, MyDays, and also a website in encouraging people to purchase the products. With the

help of the accounts of the owners, they promoted the products by letting people acknowledge

the existence of the business by sharing it on their news feeds. The website of the business will

serve as the source of information for the consumers about further questions and clarifications.

The following pictures are the documented process on how the products were produced.

Step 1: Prepare all of the ingredients.

Ingredients

- Oil

- Condensed milk

- Egg

- Sugar

- Powder milk

Step 2: Sanitize to ensure the safety of both consumers and owners.

Step 3: Prepare a bowl

Step 4: Add powdered milk and condensed milk in a bowl.


Step 5: Mix together.

For the production of Yema: prepare oil, condensed milk and egg yolks.

Step 1: Crack 3 eggs and separate the egg yolk from the egg white.

Step 2: Prepare a pan and put some oil, and mix condensed milk and egg yolk.
Let it cool down and prepare for the process of making Pastillas and Yema.
