Issue in Education
Causes: Effects:
• limits the ability of a student to achieve
• lack of government support various learning and extra curricula activity
One of the primary reasons for our students' lack of facilities is corruption. We all
know that a well-ventilated room is instantly more comfortable, resulting in a more
relaxed environment for students and a more productive workplace for teachers. As
an educator, I can help to alleviate the lack of facilities by encouraging our parents
and youth to vote for the right politicians; those who are not corrupt and will always
support improving our education system and facilities. I believe that influencing our
constituents will have a significant impact on our problem's resolution.
With the shortage of teachers, salary is one of the main reasons why they
choose to work abroad. However, I will always stay in my homeland to serve the
Filipino children, which I believe will aid in alleviating the problem of teacher
shortages.

Personalized Learning
Trend in Education
Advantages: Disadvantages:
Increase engagement
Time consuming
Improves knowledge retention
Prepares a lot of activities
Increase motivation
Increase work hours
Improves learning result
Burnout and there is potential for
exhaustion
As an educator student, the various trends in education assist me in keeping up with the
current methods for effectively delivering a lesson in class. This will also provide me with
ideas on how to handle students, what new technology to use, and what better instructions
will engage my students.
By keeping with the current trend, I will be constantly learning new tools, new methods,
and ways to be more efficient. This will provide me with a greater variety of things to work
with, allowing me to experiment with more things and generate new ideas.
With personalized learning, I can help my students who are slow learners cope with
others. It might be time-consuming and require a lot of hard work, but seeing my students
learn is quite rewarding.
