00 01 00 INTRODUCTORY REQUIREMENTS This is a proposal for a tiny house project with a dimension of 6 meters by 5 meters, approximately 30 sq.m. It contains a living room, dining area, kitchen, common toilet, and a single bedroom. It was recently bought by a client which seeks guidance from an Architect to visualize their dream home and hoping to rise soon. DIVISION 01 01 10 00 SUMMARY OF WORK 1.0 GENERAL CONDITIONS The scope of work for this project includes providing all tools, labor, materials, and anything listed, mentioned, or scheduled on the drawings specified for the complete construction of the proposed tiny house building in the designated location according to plans and specifications. 1.1 PLAN AND SPECIFICATIONS Anything depicted in the drawings but not mentioned in the specifications, or vice versa, or anything not expressly stated but reasonably implied in either, shall be delivered and installed as thought specifically shown in mentioned both.

N/A DIVISION 03 03 00 00 CONCRETE 03 01 00 MAINTENANCE OF CONCRETE 1.0 Delivery, Storage, and Handling of materials 1.0.1 All supplies must be transported, kept, and handled in such a way that external substances are not included, and the materials are not damaged or broken. 1.0.2 Packed materials must be delivered and kept in their original packaging until they are used. 1.0.3 Water-damaged or otherwise damaged packages will be returned to the sender. 03 06 00 SCHEDULE OF CONCRETE 2.0 Water 2.0.1 The water used to mix concrete must be free of oil, alkali, organic debris, and other harmful substances, and it must be reasonably clear and clean. It is not permitted to utilize brackish water. 3.0. PORTLAND CEMENT/POZZOLAN CEMENT 3.0.1 Any standard commercial brand of Portland/pozzolan cement, in standard 40kgs, such as union, apo, or any other brand available, shall be used. 4.0 FINE AGGREGATES 4.0.1 Fine aggregates or sand used in concrete composition must be clean, durable, and uncoated grains that are clear of harmful amounts of dust, lumps, or flaky particles, and contain no more than 5% clay. 5.0 COARSE AGGREGATES 5.01 Coarse aggregates or gravel must have a top size ranging from 6mm to the size that can easily pass between all reinforcing bars and between reinforcement and forms. 6.0 METAL REINFORCEMENT 6.0.1 Standard commercial, deformed steel, such as steel Asia or other locally available equivalent, shall be used as reinforcing bars. 6.0.2 Splices in bars must be made at the critical points of highest strains, and steel bars must be free of dust scales. 6.0.3 Commercial G.I. tie wire shall be used no. 16 wire gauge 7.0 CONCRETE MIXER 7.0.1 Class “A” concrete (20Mpa concrete) for all columns, footings, beams, stiffener, slab mixture (1:2:4) 7.0.2 Class “B” concrete (17.5Mpa concrete) for all wall footing, slabs, and stairs on fill and CHB fillers mixtures (1:3:5) 7.0.3 Class “A” mortars 1:3 by volume for all plastering works. 03 06 10 SCHEDULES OF CONCRETE FORMING AND ACCESSORIES 3.0 Forms must produce a finished structure that corresponds to the member's shape, line, and dimensions as specified in the design drawing and specification. The forms must be strong and sufficiently tight to avoid mortar leaking. Forms and their supports must be constructed in such a way that they do not damage previously installed structure. 3.0.1 REMOVAL OF FORM AND FALSE WORKS 3.1 Forms shall be removed according to the following scheduled 3.1.1 COLUMNS 2 DAYS 3.1.2 BEAMS 5 DAYS 3.1.3 SLAB 14 DAYS (vertical support must not be removed) 03 06 30 DIVISION 04 04 00 00 MASONRY 04 01 00 MAINTENANCE OF MASONRY 3.0 CONCRETE HOLLOW BLOCKS 3.0.1 When CHB is used, it must be true to size with no fractures, spurs, or other faults that could compromise its strength or durability. 3.0.2 All concrete hollow blocks must be manufactured by a trusted brand. DIVISION 05 METALS N/A DIVISION 06 06 00 00 WOODS, PLASTICS, AND COMPOSITES 06 01 00 MAINTENANCE OF WOOD, PLASTICS, AND COMPOSITES 5.0 This section of the specifications entails providing all items, articles, labors, equipment, materials, and other services mentioned or scheduled on drawings, as well as performing all operations and methods necessary and required for the completion of all carpentry and joinery works, as well as the installation of all exterior and interior finished carpentry in accordance with the applicable drawing and full-size details. 5.0.1 All doors and windows, transoms or other openings where so indicated on plans and all framework coming in touch with concrete shall be supported by means of 20d nails spaced not more than 20cm apart. All frames must be riveted, molded, and cut with a wash and a water drip undercut. 06 01 20 MAINTENANCE OF FINISH CARPENTRY 6.0 Both in transit and on the jobsite, lumber must be preserved and maintained under cover, and carefully piled off the ground with sufficient drainage, ventilation, and weather protection. 6.0.1 Before beginning work, materials must be provided and prepared ahead of time. DIVISION 07 ROOFING AND SIDING PANELS N/A DIVISION 08 08 00 00 OPENINGS 08 01 00 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF OPENINGS 8.0 All panel doors must be constructed of hard wood, and all other doors indicated in the plan must be made to the plan's specifications and by a reputable manufacturer. 8.0.1 The schedule specifies the size and type of windows that must be installed. 8.0.2 Doors must extend the full width of the sills, with ten on and mortised joints that are neatly bonded and planed. White will be the first coat. 7.1.3 Before applying any paint or oil finish, all wood surfaces must be carefully cleaned, smoothed, and sanded. 7.1.4 Boysen paints will be used for all paint works. DIVISION 22 22 00 00 PLUMBING 22 01 00 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PLUMBING 1.1.0 All works must meet the requirements of the national plumbing code of the Philippines. 1.1.1 All fixtures must be trapped independently. The traps should be put as close to the fixtures as possible. 1.1.2 Horizontal waste lines must be fastened to the building frames with hooks or embedded in concrete as required. 1.1.3 All pipes, fitting traps, fixture, appurtenances and devices of plumbing and drainage system shall be inspected and approved by the engineer to ensure compliance with all requirements of all codes and regulation referred in these specifications. 1.1.4 Use “MOLDEX” PPR pipes for all hot water lines. 1.1.5 Use “Moldex BLUE” for sanitary pipes, fittings, accessories, materials and all works obviously necessary for the proper functioning of all specification or indicated in the drawing are included in this works. 1.1.6 Wall to be finished with PORCELAIN tiles indicated in the drawings, shall be washed with clean water. 1.1.7 The tiles and accessories must be free of flaws that compromise their quality, beauty, or strength. Before installing the tile, it should be properly soaked in water. All wainscoting tiles must be set to exact grades, leveled according to lines, laid even, and set genuinely vertically according to the features specified on the drawing. The tiles must be firmly installed on 1:2 cement paste. 1.1.8 All works will be supervised by the Architect. 1.1.9 Use “HCG” for toilet fixtures. 22 14 00 FACILITY STORM DRAINAGE 1.0 All waters collected will undergo through the down spouts directing to the catch basin flowing towards the drainage outside the property to avoid flooding. DIVISION 23 23 00 00 HEATING, VENTILATING AND AIRCONDITIONING (HVAC) 23 01 00 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF HVAC 1.1.1.1 All work done here must result in a low-energy structure, which is one of the project's objectives. 1.1.1.2 Building orientation must be observed and followed in accordance to the specifications in the drawings. Therefore, it is expected to have a passive ventilation until this project is finished. 1.1.1.3 All works will be supervised by the Architect. DIVISION 24 RESERVED FOR FUTURE EXPANSION DIVISION 25 INTEGRATED AUTOMATION N/A DIVISION 26 26 00 00 ELECTRICAL 26 01 00 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL 1.2.0 All work done here must adhere to the latest version of the Philippine National Electrical Code as well as meet the rules and regulations of Albay Power Electric Cooperative (APEC). 1.2.1 All materials must be brand-new and shall meet the standards of the laboratories. 26 06 00 SCHEDULES OF ELECTRICAL 1.3.0 The service entrance shall be 180- 250 volts 2-30mm THHN wire. The service entrance installation must be included in the electrical work as specified. The service entrance conduit and accessories must be put in the nearest power source up to the service entrance cap, and the work must be completed in accordance with the most recent Electric Company specifications. 1.3.1 WIRING METHOD 1.4.1 All wiring must be put in standard pvc (MOLDFLEX) CONDUIT OF THE PHILIPPINES or equivalent and must meet the underwriter's standards in code. 1.4.2 All wire must be copper; no aluminum or other metallic conductors will be allowed. Phelps dodge brand or an approved comparable size of wire must be used. All materials must be brand new and have underwriters’ laboratories approval. 26 50 00 LIGHTING 1.5.0 All lighting must follow the specifications in the drawing. 1.5.1 All products must be brand-new and free from flaws that compromise their quality. 2.1.0 OUTLET AND SWITCH BOXES 2.1.1 All boxes shall be hard plastic, approved product of reputable manufacturer. 2.1.2 All boxes, including junction and pull boxes shall be sufficient size to provide free space for all conductors enclosed in the box in addition to the fittings.
