AN EXECUTIVE ORDER AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF HONORARIA TO MS.

SHARON ROSE A. BRASILEÑO AS TRAINER-FACILITATOR FOR THE OPERATION AND
MAINTENANCE TRAINING OF THE RURAL WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION
PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, The Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Program (RWSSP) of the Provincial
Engineer’s Office is one of the vital interventions that would improve the way of life of the people
through safe and adequate supply of water in every households especially in the rural areas of Iloilo
Province. Likewise, RWSSP aims to develop rural communities to be self-reliant by making the
waterworks project as entry point where the people are trained or assisted to plan, manage, operate
and own the project.

WHEREAS, Continues capacity intervention is one of the commitments of RWSSP to ensure

that the water system projects are effectively and sustainably managed by the recipients.

WHEREAS, there is a need to conduct the Operation and Maintenance of the water system on
July 22, 2017 for the new targeted barangays.

WHEREAS, there is a need to engage the expertise and technical services of Ms. Sharon Rose
A. Brasileño as the General Manager of Janiuay Water District to facilitate the lecture on the operation
and maintenance of the water system, site visit to pumping stations and on-site demonstration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ARTHUR D. DEFENSOR, SR., Governor of the Province of Iloilo,

by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby approve the granting of honorarium of One
Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Pesos (P1,260.00) per hour chargeable against to the Rural Water Supply
and Sanitation Program of the Provincial Engineer’s Office fund CY 2017 for the service rendered in the
facilitation of the lecture on the operation and maintenance of the water system, site visit to pumping
stations and on-site demonstration.

of various data in the financial records

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ARTHUR D. DEFENSOR, SR., Governor of the Province of Iloilo,

by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby approve the granting of honorarium of One
thousand pesos (P1000.00) per hour chargeable against to the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation
Program of the Provincial Engineer’s Office fund CY 2017 for the service rendered in the lecture on
Financial Management and Its Guiding Principles, Lecture on Importance and Methods of Bookkeeping,
Demonstration on how to prepare Billing Statement, Entry to Vouchers and Official Receipt, and

Principles, Lecture on Importance and Methods of Bookkeeping, Demonstrate how to prepare Billing
Statement, Entry to Vouchers and Official Receipt, and Facilitate the workshop and one on one coaching
of proper recording of various data in the financial records.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ARTHUR D. DEFENSOR, SR., Governor of the Province of Iloilo,

by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby approve the granting of honorarium of Three
Hundred Sixty-six pesos and Forty-four cents (Php 366.44) per hour chargeable against to the Rural
Water Supply and Sanitation Program of the Provincial Engineer’s Office fund CY 2018 for the service
rendered in the lecture on Financial Management and Its Guiding Principles, Lecture on Importance and
Methods of Bookkeeping, Demonstration on how to prepare Billing Statement, Entry to Vouchers and
Official Receipt, and Facilitation of the workshop and one on one coaching of proper recording of
various data in the financial records.
