some problems regarding the current implementation of a project inside

reminded everyone that discussion should be inline with the meeting's
agenda, that other matters should be discussed at the end of the

projects.

One of the contractor said that the institution and the constractor
should have a harmonious relationship to avoid conflict.

Some of the problems on-site: location of the project has been

validated, project has a confirmed budget. CONTRACTOR

The project plan has been followed but due to the lacking budget, plan
was changed. The contractor was confused whether what to follow,
General(master plan) or the generated plan.
