Comments: The bikes were parked by new sub-contractors who were unaware of Site
Mobilization Plan. The sub-Contractors were given clear instructions to park bikes in the designated
parking area.

Non-Compliance of PPEs. Violation of SP23 Clause of CoC
IDAP Observation

Comments: The PPEs were given to Workers who are pursuing Hazardous Activities on the site.
The Contractor has inadequate Mandatory PPEs and Job Specific PPEs at the GOR Site. The Client
and Consultant has instructed Verbally and Officially multiple times to procure additional PPEs for
the GOR site. Also, there is no PPEs present at the stock.

IDAP Observation

Comments: Multiple Work at height trainings have been given to Contractor The Contractor has
inadequate Work at Height PPEs at the GOR Site. The Client and Consultant has instructed Verbally
and Officially multiple times to procure additional PPEs for the GOR site. Also, there is no PPEs
present at the stock.

Improper waste disposal. Kitchen and Washroom Waste seeping out of septic tank.

instructed to expedite the process so that any future unforeseen incident can be avoided.
