EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A joint site Safety walk organised by WSP was conducted on 26'· September lS00 hrs
with Miral, Faithful Gould and HILALCO participate by F+G HSE Manager Bastlne Paul,
F+G HSE Advisor joseph Alserut, WSP HSE Advisor Anish Thomas ,WSP Senior Site
Engineer Faisal , Hilalco Project Manager Vasil Mingovski, Hilalco Construction Manager
Costas Kyriakldes, Hilalco HSE Advisor Srichakradhar and Hilalco Environmental
Engineer Rodolph.

The following items, in the inspection findings, were discussed in order to address and
identify the areas of concern and agree on Improvements required to maintain the HSE
requirements for the site.

Overall, the report identifies an unsatisfactory level of H&S standards on site, the
observations clearly indicates that lack of planning and monitoring from the contractor
to ensure that necessary control measures are implemented. It is necessary to undertake
a thorough review of current practices and deal with the daily issues In a more robust
and structured manner through the commitment and engagement of Hilalco site
supervision team.

The contractor safety team and supervision team must work together to create the
management processes to raise the standards on the project.
