4.1 Introductory
Activity Routine. Prayer, Greetings, Arrangement, Attendance, Presentation of Objectives
(10 minutes) 1. Picture Analysis through PPT (Ask for a volunteer to analyze the picture and answer
immediately the follow up question).
1. What can you say about the picture?
2. Describe the arts and crafts in specific areas of Luzon
3. Have you seen these arts & crafts from your community? Do they differ from each
other?
Activity 1: Research, Group Work
1. The class will be divided into three (3) groups with the following areas in Ilocos Region
& CAR
Group 1: Ilocos Region & Pangasinan
Group 2: Kalinga & Ifugao
4.2 Activity
Group 3: Mountain Province & Abra
( 20 minutes )
2. Each group will conduct a research about the different arts and crafts and its
characteristics with their assigned areas in Luzon (Refer to the Learning Guide pages 146-
151).
3. Create a unique presentation that will visualize their research which will be presented to
the class.
The teacher will ask the following questions after the activity:
1. What are the different arts and crafts in Ilocos Region and CAR?

page # 171. Draw your design in a oslo paper and pasted it in your MAPEH activity
notebook.
