Attention of the listener affects how effective a speaker and its speech is.
When I was trying to communicate and the receiver was not listening, I felt disrespected
and uneasy. It is because the information and ideas I was trying to communicate was not
delivered to the receiver properly. Given that it is part of activity to try not to listen to your
partner, It is important to catch someone’s attention when you are communicating with them. I

Given that in the first situation, I had the same impression with my partner that she might

topic might be feeling out of place or wants to gain attention, which is also same with my
partner. And lastly, on the last scenario, the girl might be feeling uneasy or is distracted. My
partner have a different perspective because he also does that, which depicts that he feels an
urge to do so and does not have a definite meaning of why he is not doing it.
There are different perceptions of nonverbal cues as which a famous saying, “action
speaks better than words”, yet better written as “action is better WITH words”.

the group as having of same types of ideas might overpower a certain characteristic and lack
another.
