and thus, we can say that strategic management is a dynamic process in order to
maintain its competitive advantage so as to achieve their vision and missions.

1.2 Strategic management considers first of formulating mission and goals of an organization.
Please explain this statement.

It gives the organization purpose and meaning. It speaks to why employees want to
work for your company. A Mission Statement defines the company's business, its
objectives and its approach to reach those objectives. Goals are the more specific
aims that organizations pursue to reach their visions and missions.
