ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT on RURAL SERVICE IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITY

SY 2020-2021

I. Introduction

The totality of a person stems from a good education. Who he is, what he become is
credited with education. To become involve in the community and be better citizens in this
country are but a few goals of education.

The pandemic has caused people to be financially hard-up since they could no longer go
out and work. Needless to say, Covid 19 has left people in dire need for food more than ever.

This prompted the undersigned to link with private persons abroad who had felt the
hardship our people have suffered. Hence the activity,” Ayuda sa Pandemya “of whom the
recipients are the indigenous people of Midsalip where the undersigned resides.

“AYUDA SA PANDEMYA” is leveraging the traditional Filipino Bayanihan principle of

community spirit to help address the COVID-19 health crisis by providing basic food supplies to
the poor and marginalized families in Licuroan, Midsalip, Zamboanga del Sur majority of whom
are Subanen.

Assembled in line with the existing health protocols by the Local IATF, repacked kilos of
rice can sustain a family of five for a week. Communicated with the Punong Barangay and
visited target community days before distribution to validate poverty data to ensure smooth flow
of rice and canned goods distribution.
