Introduce “Modular Distance Learning”
 Kind of modality or way so that education of our children will
continue.
 Can use printed modules or modules which are in digital format
like laptop,computer,tablet,etc
 (emphasize that Pinamanagan ES will be using printed modules)
Things to be done by the teacher & Learner in Modular Distance Learning
 Teachers will prepare modules, activity sheets for learners
 Parents,guardians,sisters,brothers who are 21 – 59 years old
will be the one responsible in getting the modules from the pick
up station (main entrance of the teachers house).Parents will
affix their signature in the checklist for date received.
 Parents,guardians,sister,brother will guide their children in
studying their lesson for the week(Remind parent that they will
not the one who will answer the activities). If there are
questions regarding the lessons, you can ask or contact the
teacher in charge through FB Messenger chat or text
 After answering the activities , parents will return the modules
to the pick up point on the agreed schedule. Parents will again
affix their signature in the checklist for date returned. Then
parents may now get the modules for the following week.
 Modules submitted will be stored in a place for disinfection.

Parents Guide in using modules and activity Sheets

 Class program is provided for every learner for them to see the
time they will spend for every subject.
 in form the parents about the learners subject schedule from
Monday to Friday
 each learner will be given a copy of their daily schedule
 Parent will see to it if the activities given in every subject is done
within the schedule time & returned it back to the plastic
envelop. Then wait for the time the next subject will be done.
 Learners will answer in the activity sheets
 Make sure the modules and activity sheets are clean when
returned

1st set of Modules for Aug. 24 – 28 will be available at the pick up point in the
morning.

Modules for the week is at their pick up station every Monday morning
Remind Kindergarten parents that they will have another orientation with their
teacher on Aug.17, 2020 (agree as to the day & date the orientation will be
conducted because parents will be the one to conduct PECD)
