S.O. 5323(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 50 of the Prohibition of
Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988 (45 of 1988) and in consultation with the Chief Justices of the
respective High Courts, the Central Government hereby designates the court(s) of Session, as mentioned in
