LAND OWNERSHIP OF THE SCHOOL PROJECT

I. RATIONALE

Giayan Elementary School was established to cater learners beforehand in the

year of 1970’s. It was where many from the residents educated and learned many things
despite of distance and location previously. Many leaders had their time devoted in
managing and improving the school for the learners. Hence, they forgot to document and
put in evidence the donors of the school lot. As to this time, due to uprising needs and
unforeseen dispute of land ownerships and donors which the school is not exempted on
the matter.
As a school leader, it is a need and very much priority to settle and give
importance to the said challenge so that the school may have its own documented claims
and ownership of the land where it was built and erected.

II. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT

a) To protect and promote the right of the school with regards to school lot
ownership and rights.
b) To accomplish required documents and activities in the processing of the
school lot titling.
