With regard to above subject and references, review of Design Basis Report
& Presentation on structural systems by Technical Representatives of Design Consultant
M/S SETU INFRASTRUCTURE, Ahmedabad, has been carried out by this office. The
project consists of two residential towers of Tower-A & Tower-B. The tower area consists
of 1 basement + Ground floor + 22 upper floors + terrace + stair cabin.
Detailed design shall be prepared considering Geotechnical Investigation
Report at the location and various relevant provisions of National Building Code.
The design philosophy as expressed in the Design Basis Report by the
Structural Consultant and approved by the Structural Expert for the building under
consideration is generally found in order, however it shall, in no way relieve the contractor,
the structural consultant & the structural expert for the correctness of the design and
soundness, durability, strength and stability of the structure. Also quality control & quality
assurance aspects need to be adequately observed during the construction.
The Design Basis is generally found in order.
