Choose a compliment that was given to you within the week that is very much
connected with the reading/s. Explain how is it related to the reading/s.
The moment I chose where I received compliments was when I gathered up my courage to talk
to someone I don't know personally. My two sisters complimented me because I usually depend
on them when we go out since I am too shy to even ask for tissue in McDonald’s. Meanwhile,
the gospel is about the birth of Jesus wherein God sent him to guide and redirect us from our
life. After the mass, I realized that I should build up my courage and self-esteem since I know
that Jesus will be with me to overcome everything. Therefore, the gospel really helped me in
taking a step to overcome my fear of talking to other people.

Using the first 3 letters of your surname name, make an acronym that best describe
your experience in the mass or worship you attended.
R-Ravishing
A-Abiding
M-Memorable
My experience in the mass can be described in three words: ravishing, abiding, and memorable.
Firstly, it is ravishing because the mass gave me beautiful experiences and insights where it
taught me that I shouldn’t let my anger control me, as the gospel says. It is also abiding since
the new learnings that I learned today will be with me until I grow up. And one of these learning
is that we should not let our anger be the cause of our blindness to Jesus’ presence in our life.
Lastly, my experience in the mass is memorable because I have a lot of realizations, insights,
and reflections that will be a part of my journey to become a better person.
