-How do the staff dress? And what kid of services do you offer?

- Required sila na mag suot sila ng proper uniform for proper identification. Aside do'n sa regular
swimming na meron kami dito, nagcoconduct kami ng swimming lesson during summer and off-
season. So pag sinabi nating off-season, ‘yon 'yong period na tapos na 'yong summer swimming
lesson. 'Yong summer kasi, ‘yon 'yong time ng Holy Week na medyo maraming pumapasok dito.

English Translation:

- They are required to wear proper uniform for identification. Aside from the regular swimming
that we have here, we conduct swimming lesson during summer and off-season. So, when we
say off-season, that’s the period when summer swimming lesson is about to end. Because
during summer, that’s the time of the Holy Week in which the place is kind of crowded.

-What are the interesting facts in your resort/hotel?

- 2008 nagstart

(About pool/ How many pools do you have?)

- Meron kaming tatlong private, so exclusive ‘yon. Tapos meron din kaming public.

English Translation:

- We have three private (pools), so they are exclusive. And we also have public.

How many rooms do you have?

- Dito sa public meron kaming walong kwarto, dalawang family room and anim na standard.

English Translation:

- We have 8 public rooms, 2 family rooms and 6 standards.

Weather Conditions and Climate changes

Since we all know that weather conditions can affect online reviews, guest arrivals, and their duration
of stay, what’s the best month to visit
 - Summer, kasi yung time ng summer ‘yon ‘yong walang pasok ‘yong mga tao, mga estudyante.
Then meron pang naging period ‘yong holy week wala namang pasok yung mga estudyante, so
‘yun ‘yong best time.

English Translation:

- Summer, because that’s the time when students don’t have classes. Then that’s also the time of
holy week wherein they don’t have classes so that’s the best time.

What’s the rainiest month here?

- Ngayon kasi ang season natin ‘di na normal, eh. So, parang lumalabas ang summer tag-ulan na,
eh. Pag-uusapan talaga ang normal na season, yung June talaga yung month na kaonti ang
pumapasok kasi ‘yon ‘yong tag-ulan. Ngayon nasa period talaga tayo ng umuulan, apektado
yung pasok ng tao, lalo na pag dineclare na may low pressure, wala nang pumapasok na tao.

English Translation:

- Nowadays our season isn’t normal anymore. So, it’s like our summer is the rainy season now. If
we were talking about the normal season, June is the month wherein the arrival of guests is low
because that’s the rainy month. Now, we are in the period of rainy season, so guest arrivals is
affected, especially if there was a low pressure declaration, we have no guest here.

Trends in the Area

Now we will ask you about the trends in the area, like why do guests visit this resort?

- Number one, mine-maintain namin yung cleanliness, halos lahat kasi ng bumibisita samin
napapansin nila na malinis dito. At saka syempre yung sa tubig, kailangan syempre malinis din,
kasi syempre minsan di maiiwasan na ayan katulad nyan lalag ng dahon so kailangan talaga na
malinis.

English Translation:

- Number one we maintain the cleanliness, almost everyone who visits here, they notice that it’s
clean here. And of course the water, of course it must be cleaned too, because sometimes we
can’t avoid, like those falling leaves so it must be cleaned.

About Covid

Now, I will ask you about covid, because there are people who are still afraid to visit because of the
infection of covid when swimming, what are the precautions that everyone should take when they
stay here or when they swim?

- Proper hand washing, at hangga’t maaari social distancing kasi ang pinaka importante, kaya lang
kapag andito na kasi mahirap na i-avoid, so, yun lang proper distancing lang.

- Proper hand washing, and as much as possible social distancing because it’s the most important,
although it’s hard to avoid when they are here, so, that’s all, social distancing only.
