AFFIDAVIT

I, POULINE TALLONGON, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a resident of

Purok 4, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am a housewife at the same time a farmer who is maintaining our own
rice field at Tourism, Callagdao, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga for years now;

2. That sometimes in 2016, when I bought a parcel of land at Callagdao, Ipil,

Tabuk City, I saw the spouses Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand “John” Wingnga at
their farm also located at Callagdao;

3. That whenever I visit my own farm just nearby, I can see them cultivating,
and tilling their parcels of land, particularly described as Lot 1066-E-1
covered by TCT NO. CLOA T-841 awarded to Nagudsan Cayay; Lot 1066-E-
4 covered by TCT NO. CLOA T-844 awarded to Lydia Lampisa; Lot 1066-E-3
covered by TCT NO. CLOA T-843 awarded to Pascual Apagan; and Lot
1066-A-8 covered by TCT NO. CLOA T-839 awarded to Daniel Lampisa;

4. That I also saw them with other farmers planting trees like banana, mango,
among others;

5. That I am executing this affidavit in good faith to attest to the truth of the
foregoing averments and for whatever legal intents and purposes it might
serve and to attest spouses Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand “John” Wingnga are
presently occupying and improving the above-described land.

law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am a farmer who is maintaining our own rice fields at Tourism,

Callagdao, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga from 1992 up to the presaent;

2. That since 1992 when I bought parcels of land at Callagdao, Ipil, Tabuk
City, I came upon the spouses Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand “John” Wingnga
at their farms also located at Callagdao;

3. That whenever I visit my own farm just nearby, I can see them
cultivating, and tilling their parcels of land, particularly described as Lot
1066-E-1 covered by TCT NO. CLOA T-841 awarded to Nagudsan
Cayay; Lot 1066-E-4 covered by TCT NO. CLOA T-844 awarded to Lydia
Lampisa; Lot 1066-E-3 covered by TCT NO. CLOA T-843 awarded to
Pascual Apagan; and Lot 1066-A-8 covered by TCT NO. CLOA T-839
awarded to Daniel Lampisa;

4. That since 1992, I never noticed the spouses leaving their farm, as it is
their main source of livelihood;

5. That I also saw them with other farmers planting trees like banana,
mango, among others, in the said land;

6. That I am executing this affidavit in good faith to attest to the truth of the
foregoing averments and for whatever legal intents and purposes it might
serve and to attest spouses Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand “John” Wingnga are
presently occupying and improving the above-described land.
