AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT IS ENTERED TO BY AND BETWEEN:

The Barangay Local Government Unit of Adlawan, Valencia, Bohol thru the Punong
Barangay, CONCORDIA T. TAGAS, with official office address at ADLAWAN, VALENCIA,
BOHOL, herein referred to as FIRST PARTY,

and

RUFO DALDE, Construction Contractor, of legal age and with address at Botong, Valencia,
Bohol herein referred to as SECOND PARTY.

That the FIRST PARTY has given the consent to the second party to do essential works
regarding their construction of a residential house of Ms. Liza Dumajan at Purok 4 in this
barangay. That the FIRST PARTY will ensure that they will monitor the condition of the
pathway/access roads and report to the first party as soon as possible if any damage will occur to
the barangay property during the second party’s construction.

That the SECOND PARTY will be liable to any damage, either proximate or remote,
occurring through or caused by during their work on the said residential building on the
pathway/access roads in this barangay specially during the delivery of the materials, and will be
responsible to fix any damage to barangay local government property.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this agreement this 22 ND day of
September 2022 at Adlawan, Valencia, Bohol, Philippines.

MR. RUFO DALDE, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with official address at BOTONG,
VALENCIA, BOHOL, herein referred to as FIRST PARTY,

and

RUFO DALDE, Construction Contractor, of legal age and with address at Botong, Valencia,
Bohol herein referred to as SECOND PARTY.

That the FIRST PARTY has given the consent to the second party to do essential works
regarding their construction of a residential house of Ms. Liza Dumajan at Purok 4 in this
barangay. That the FIRST PARTY will ensure that they will monitor the condition of the
pathway/access roads and report to the first party as soon as possible if any damage will occur to
the barangay property during the second party’s construction.

That the SECOND PARTY will be liable to any damage, either proximate or remote,
occurring through or caused by during their work on the said residential building on the
pathway/access roads in this barangay specially during the delivery of the materials, and will be
responsible to fix any damage to barangay local government property.

That Mr. Tiburcio Llemit and Mr. Calixto Garcia, will give consent to the Second Party to
temporarily access on their lot located in this barangay during the delivery of the materials and
the second party will be liable to any damage that may arise during their access in his lot.
