Introduction

Work Immersion exposes Senior High School students to and familiarizes them
with work-related situations pertaining to their field of specialization in order to improve
their skills. It allows students to become acquainted with a real workplace and how their
particular field operates from the outside in. It assists students in making informed career
decisions by assessing their skills and investigating how their career fully operates. Work
immersion increases pupils' maturity, confidence, and self-sufficiency making a
connection between the school and the local community.

Work immersion is crucial for the development of the student's talent; work immersion
must be viewed as a critical point in providing students with a venue to improve
themselves through personal experience with real items. It assists students in gaining
knowledge and experience that will help them grow as professionals. Students who are
still unsure about their profession will have the opportunity to learn what it is like to work
under professionals and what they need to grow and strengthen in order to have the vital
skills required. Being prepared for the future provides a significant edge in terms of how
to contribute at work, understanding what it takes to be an average employee, and having
experience at an early stage gives a tremendous potential in performing tasks in their
specialized field.
