    Reflection on SLAC about Mental Health and DRRM

    My reflection on the SLAC topic on Managing Stress and Mental Health and
    Emergency Preparedness and safety management in the work place is, I learned a lot on
    how to manage and deal with stress. As a teacher managing stress is more important for me
    just like what’s happening right now in this pandemic situation, a lot of problems is
    encountered by everyone that’s why stress is always a reason for a person being down or
    disappointed, and now that I understand on how to manage stress I will try my best to teach
    my pupil’s parents and also to my pupils for they to pass also or to survive on what problems
    that they will encounter.
    In emergency preparedness and safety management in the work place. Being
    prepared in any place is one of the most important thing that we should have for us to be
    come calm for every disaster or problems that we will encounter.
