duly elected as President of MATSUYAMA CORPORATION, do hereby authorized
MS. CRISTEL BERSABE CALPITO and/or MR. ALEX RIVERA, to represent, act and
transact on behalf of the company in the processing of the building permit, electrical
permit, sanitary and plumbing permits, and all other necessary permits as may be
required by the Municipal Government of Calamba associated with the construction of
Single Storey Commercial Stalls-Phase 1, 2, 3 at Chefs and Cooks, Brgy. Makiling,
Calamba, Laguna.

Attorney-in-fact to do and execute all or any of the following acts, deeds and things:
a. To represent, act and transact in behalf of the Company ‘MATSUYAMA
CORPORATION’ in the processing of the building permit, electrical permit,
sanitary and plumbing permits and all other necessary permits as may be
required by the Municipal Government of Calamba associated with the

b. To make, execute, sign documents and/or instruments relative to the aforesaid
authority.

every acts and things whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally
