SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, METHUSELAH C. CABANTUG, of legal age, Filipino, married and a

resident of Bao, Alamada, Cotabato, do hereby name, constitute and appoint
GLICEREX G. CODILLA, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of
Multinational Village, Moonwalk, Paranaque City, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact for me, in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following act, to wit:

1. To PROCESS and FOLLOW-UP the Certification, Authentication,

Verification (CAV) of my Professional Board Examination for Teachers
(PBET) at Central Office, Civil Service Commission, Quezon City;

2. To sign and execute relative documents necessary for the said

transaction.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney-in-fact full power

and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever
requisite necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and acting in
person, and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING, that my said attorney-in-fact shall

lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents;
