 1.0 Your drawings are rejected and returned herewith for your compliance as per our comments over-marked
therein.

 2.0 Your drawings are rejected and returned herewith as they have not been checked and coordinated by you.
Note: Your endorsement stamp is required on every drawing.

 3.0 Your drawings are rejected and returned herewith due to non-compliance of our comments with reference
to your previous submission ref.

 4.0 Your drawings are rejected and returned herewith as they are incomplete and cannot be commented on.
You are to submit the above together with relevant interfacing details for other trades including

 5.0 Your drawings have been examined with no-objection.

 6.0 Your drawings have been examined with the following observations added:
 Take up all minor comments annotated on the shop drawings.
 Contractor is responsible to verify the dimensions and levels shown in the drawings.
 All dimensions and levels are to be checked and verified at site prior to commencement of the relevant
works.
 7.0 Remarks
 Color of door frame and door leaf subject to Archi’s approval before proceeding to fabrication.
 Contractor to ensure comply with PCCC requirement and obtain fire certificate for Define
 project.
 Technical door must be provided master key, contractor to submit a separate master key
schedule for approval.
 There shall be no time & cost impact on this approval and associated scope of works
 Final approval subject to final inspection onsite

Our examination of the drawings does not relieve you of your responsibilities. You are still responsible for all
correctness of dimensions and details in the drawings and for the full coordination of all aspects of the work. Work shall
conform to all Drawings & Specifications, and the Contractor is responsible to highlight if the design results in any
variation of cost and time.

Please note that delay caused by late submission of shop drawings, repeated submission of non-coordinated shop
drawings or repeated amendment of same due to inadequate, incomplete or inaccurate details and information shall
not be recognized as a reason for extension of time.
