Professional health, safety, and environmental expert with over 12 years’ experience in Oil and
Gas field. Currently I have risen to become Kurdistan HSE Manager for Optimum Drilling Services.
Prior to that I serve for 8 years to DNO ASA Int. in several position such as Field HSE Coordinator
for DNO ASA’s principal operational hub in KRG at Tawke PSC, and as an Audit and Compliance
Coordinator in DNO BU Erbil Office. I have underpinned the practical knowledge gained through
my education carrier program noted below by gaining the NEBOSH International Diploma in OHS,
Master’s Degree in TESOL and I am currently in process to enroll into a MSc qualification in Risk
Management. My career path to date combining practical experience and formal subject specific
study have allowed me to develop into a well- rounded safety professional capable undertaking a
variety of safety related roles. I am highly skilled in gathering and interpreting HSE data. Also, I am
pationed about training development and personal coaching.

 Please provide further details Most recently I have been employed with Optimum Drilling Services (ODS) based on ODS Erbil
office as KRI Drilling HSE Manager for last two years. As KRI HSE Manager, I am responsible for
the design, development, implementation, communication, and coordination of all environmental,
health, safety programs for the organization in Kurdistan region. In last year my team successfully
be able to support ODS to drill more than deep horizontal wells and workovers with great
recorded HSE statistic and appreciation from the client for the safe service that provided by ODS
team. Under my leadership and the team initiation we improve the leading inductor of ODS in
2021 by 56% via promoting observation card participations, initiating incident investigation report
with 48hrs, introduction of internal risk awareness training program and increase Management
Site Visit. Also, with in 12 we implement coaching to develop succession plan that develop by me
and ODS HR department and we achieve 100% local HSE team on all ODS drilling rigs.

Prior to my appointment with ODS, I was Field HSE coordinator with DNO ASA International
Petroleum Company based on at Tawke PSC encompassing Tawke, and FSK sites for two years.
During this time, I supported the DNO Project Team in construction, commissioning, and startup
of the PSK gas plant, TWK gas injection/pumping facility and 9 new well pads construction, and
construction of 48 km of 12’’ HP stainless steel pipeline. I was further charged with leading the
Production Safety team encompassing activities such as process shutdown, upgrade and
preventive maintenance. Also, I was responsible for organization of 2021 DNO contractor form. I
assist DNO ER advisor to develop tactical spill response plans and support with training, drills and
exercises. Me and my team heavy involve in DNO Peshkabir Gas Capture and Injection Project
which aim to reduce the annual Green House gas emission by 50% from 300K tons to 150K tons.
Prior to this I was employed by DNO International Petroleum Company as an HSE Audit and
Compliance Coordinator based in DNO KRG’s Erbil Office. In this role, I assisted Senior
Management in the development of an independent Online HSE Reporting/Recording platform
named RICH. Moreover, I was designated team leader in regard to development of the 2018
annual HSE audit Plan and managing the risk based HSE Audit Program.
Prior to that, I was working as Senior Production HSE Technician with DNO Summail Gas Process
Facility and Peshkabir(PSK) CPF for a period of four years. For the last two years of this
appointment, I was the most senior HSE representative at PSK Site. My role there was to support
and advise field leaders and crews with regard to compliance with legislation, DNO and
internationally accepted HSE practices. I was working closely with the Field Manager, security
team, medics and contractors to ensure safe and responsible mobilization, execution and
demobilization of contractors working for an on-behalf of DNO at the PSK Site.
Prior to my appointment with DNO, I was employed as an Construction HSE Supervisor with Tulaz
General Trading Company for two years where I was responsible for all safety related matters
and procedures with regard to the company’s operations with Exxon Mobil, and Chevron.
