Hùng : hello everybody. My name is Hung, Like Tien, I’m a student of IT major,

Loi : Hi everyone. My name is Loi and my hometown is Thai Nguyen province.

Now,Today, I’d like to share with you about the advantages and disadvantages of
video conferencing.
My presentation is divided into 2 main parts. Fisrt, I will start with the advantages
of video conferencing. In the second part, I will talk about the disadvantages of it.

When talking about video conferencing. It’s improssible not to mention about it
advantages. It brings people a lot of benefits in life and society. Now, Let’s listen
to Lân and Hùng talk about it.
Lân: Nowadays, Video conferencing has many advantages . One of them is that it
gives you more flexibility. This is simply understood. For example, in comparison
with audio-calls,video conferencing provides participants with more effective
communication. it is equipped with many specialized features such as echo
cancellation and high-definition monitor. Now, let’s move to the other advantages
with Hùng.
Hùng : One of the other great benefits that Video conferencing brings is the lower
cost of business travels. And in conclusion, Video conferenceing is a good option
for remote working, online interview and distance learning.
 Tiến : As my 2 friends just said. Video conferencing has a lot of benefits for
people . So to see what drawbacks it has, I invite class to listen to Loi and Thong
present
Loi : Nothing is perfect and it is no exception. Besides its advantages, it has some
disadvantages . One of the major problems is time zone differences, it sometimes
happens in international conference , when many countries in the world join and
use video conferencing.
Thông : Moreover , it requires a high cost setting up. Besides, it prevents personal
interaction, sometimes , participants are faced with technical problems. And when
a technical problem occurs, it takes a lot of time and need a qualified engineer to
fix it.
Tiến : Thanks Loi and Thông about your part of our presentation. So, through the
presentation of my 4 friends, we got to know more information about Video
Conferencing. At the end of our presentation I’d like to summarize the topic.
