Question: Sometimes what we want is not what we need. Do you agree? Explain your reasons. You have to
include some events in the story to support your explanation. Your answers should be in about 180-200
words ONLY.
I agree with the statement that sometimes what we want is not what we need. It is because, the
something that we want maybe not give us happiness. For example in Big Sister’s Clothes story, Daisy want to
be big sister because she thinks being a big sister bring good things for her. But, when she change to big sister,
she very shock that she need to do some chores that she never do like tidy her bed. At last, she was very upset
being a big sister. Also, I agree with this statement because what we want usually will have bad side. Example,
Debbie eat Daisy’s breakfast when Daisy being a big sister. Daisy so angry with Debbie but she can’t do
anything for what happen to her. So,this story very support this statement. Next, I agree with the statement
because normally want we want is not important for us. Example, Daisy really want to be big sister but being
little sister is much better because doesn’t have to do chores or project like Debbie and being a big sister very
busy. In conclusion, what we want usually will not give us satisfaction.
