Topic: Parents’ Meeting Feedback Report
Attendees: 141/242 parents

General Feedback: Overall, the meeting was very positive, productive, and friendly. Most of the parents were pleased
and satisfied. Minimal complaints were communicated to the management and teachers. The parents expressed their
gratitude on their children’s overall academic improvements. The teachers were friendly, amiable, and positive. They
followed the parents meeting recommendations which enhanced the quality of the meeting. All administrators were
actively involved in the meeting process. They were guiding, facilitating, helping, and supporting. All report cards were
accurately printed out. No mistakes were made and no changes were required.

Negative Points
1-Third floor got a little crowded at 2:30. Parents stood outside waiting for the teachers. They

were invited to wait in language room since it was empty.
1-Ms. Kawkab took a long time in each individual meeting which added to the crowd outside
the class. Mr. Asaf informed her to not give each parent more than 5 minutes.
TEACHERS
2-Not all teachers uploaded eyotek comment. A report was sent on Kaizala group. Deadline
was given to November 14, 2022- 10 a.m.
PARENTS 1-Some parents arrived late to the meeting and did not abide by the timing of the meeting.
2- Some parents had few complaints that included:
Grade 1:
-Parents in general are very happy with Ms. Rouwaida’s teaching performance but they are
requesting an assistant to help her out in class since they are 24 students in class.
Grade 2:
-Mother of second grader complained about another parent who is constantly calling her and
complaining about Ms. Nour. She said that this mother has a negative attitude and does not
want her to communicate with her again.
- Khaled’s mother complained about her son not getting higher analytical thinking activities as
she expects. She wants evidence of learning.
I spoke to her personally and she confessed that her son has mastered all concepts but she
needs extra support. Ms. Nour was directed to give her child advanced level worksheets and
send videos to the mom that reveals the son’s acquisition of the subject matter.
-A mother complained that her son is being bullied by two classmates. We promised to follow
this up and seek PDP intervention in case needed.
Grade 4:
-A mother requested to have more communication with Math teacher. The teacher was
informed to follow up with the mother and keep her updated with regards to her son’s
academic performance.
Grade 6:
A mother complained about her son not improving in English Language. She was directed to
the English teacher who explained to the mother the learning process in class and gave her tips
and recommendations on how to support her son academically more at home.
Grade 8:
-Eight grader mother complained the math teacher is not sending enough homework. She also
said that her son does not understand a lot from math teacher explanation.
- One parent complained that Arabic revision material was not uploaded on teams.
Some parents had some suggestions, recommendations and requests:
1-Doing a Roblocks awareness session
2- Doing extracurricular activities for our students
3-Giving extra Arabic and English sessions for students who need support in these languages.
4- One parent requested changing place of his son in class.
MEDIA This meeting was not covered by media due to the absence of media team.
