02 Mengapa PBL?

sulit dikontrol.
Volatility Uncertainty Complexity Ambiguity
(Ketidakstabilan) (Ketidakpastian) (Kompleksitas) (Tidak Tetap)

Visionary Understanding Clarity Agility

(Visioner) (Pemahaman) (Kejelasan) (Kelincahan)
Pertanyaan:
“Apakah pola pendidikan yang kita
laksanakan sudah cukup membekali lulusan
kita agar mampu menghadapi era VUCA?”
Bayangkan:
Lulusan seperti apa yang ideal, unggul dan
mampu menghadapi era ?

Skills
Knowledge
Attitudes
X-Factor
Aktivitas Petunjuk:
1.Gambarkan Skills, Knowledge, Attribute yang perlu
dimiliki oleh lulusan Anda dalam menghadapi dunia
Durasi 20 menit
VUCA saat ini?
2.Gambarkan X-Factor apa yang akan menjadi
keunggulan dan kelebihan bagi lulusan Anda
dibandingkan dari lulusan lain.
3.Setiap tim membuat 1 gambar diatas kertas besar.
Buatlah se-kreatif mungkin, gunakan sedikit mungkin
kata.
Contoh Gambar Lulusan Ideal
Aktivitas Petunjuk Gallery Walk :
1.Dua anggota tim menjadi Presenter, lainnya menjadi
Pengunjung.
Durasi 5 menit
2.Presenter bercerita tentang gambar yang dibuat oleh
tim. Pengunjung bisa bertanya dan memberikan
komentar.
3.Presenter dapat bergantian.
Mahasiswa Baru vs Lulusan Ideal

Transformasi

Mahasiswa Baru Lulusan Ideal

“Generasi Z” “Engineer Modern”
➢ Tidak yakin tujuannya belajar matakuliah A, B ➢ Bisa hands-on, mahir baik teori maupun praktek.

Lesson Learn

1. Butuh lebih dari sekedar Skills, Knowledge dan

Attitudes.
2. Butuh membekali lulusan dengan tambahan tertentu
(X-Factor) agar memiliki keunggulan.

Apakah program kita akan dapat membekali lulusan

dengan X-Factor?
What and How to Teach?
Apapun pendekatan yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas
pendidikan vokasi, maka harus bisa menjawab dua pertanyaan berikut:

Apa saja full set of knowledge, skills, and attributes

yang harus dimiliki saat mahasiswa lulus, dan pada What to teach?
tingkat kemahiran apa?

Bagaimana cara memastikan mahasiswa belajar How to teach?

Pembentukan Technical Skills & Soft Skills
RE101 Introduction to Robotics Engineering
Course Description
As a student of Robotics Engineering, you are part of the engineering profession. In this course, you will develop your identity as a modern engineer who
will collaboratively contribute to society. This course will provide the framework for engineering practice in product, process, and system building, and
introduces essential personal and interpersonal skills. Students engage in the practice of engineering through a simple robotics project as a team. The
utilization of C programming language, computer-aided design (CAD) software, and the microcontroller-based robotic control system into the project will
help students to build prototypes. Students will asked to demonstrate critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills in hands-on lab experiences.
