Answer:
1. Understand your Students
-You have to know your students individually,know their
differences their strength and weaknesses. Help them when
they have a problems or struggles in school and at home you
better understand their mental health and help them to cope
their studies.
2. Establish the Rules
- Classroom rules teach students to organize things and have a
proper learning. If the students have no rules inside the
classroom everything will be chaotic. It helps you to create a
safer class environment to everyone and to maintain students
routine.
3. Lead the Class
- Be the best leader of your class be a good listener and
speaker,a good leader encourage students to do better in class.
Someone who will inspire,motivate and give directions to
his/her students.
4. Provide engaging activities
-Give your students an activities that engage them before
starting the class give some activities that boost their energy. It
helps them to engage their peers to share ideas and discuss
topics. For example of engaging activities like brainstorming it
helps students to interact their peers respectfully, sharing ideas
and solving problem by helping each other.
5. Planning
-Planning ahead of time helps teacher to manage and organize
their lessons.It helps students and teachers to understand
clearly on what they need to do.Without the lesson plan
students will loose their focus and teacher will lead to failure.
It is important to plan before you start the lesson it helps
teacher to achieve their goals.
