a subsurface valve for the existing capillary chemicals injection system (hereinafter referred to as CCIS).
CCIS is designed to increase current production from wells, extend their service life and increase
inter-repair periods (WO and CU) due to periodic maintenance-free bottom hole cleaning from accumulated
fluid, prevent salts formation, paraffins, hydrates on the walls of tubing, and prevent corrosion effects on
subsurface equipment.
CCIS chemicals injection to the bottom hole is carried out through a capillary tube fixed to the x-mas
tree hanger, the bottom of the capillary tube is equipped with a depth valve, which provides metered injection
of chemicals to the bottom hole and prevents the reverse movement of gas and fluid, for each well, the depth
valve is adjusted separately based on reservoir pressure.
The service provides for the supply of equipment and provision of special equipment for carrying out
work by the contractor on the installation or dismantling of a capillary tube on a producing well at a well head
pressure of at least 200 bar determined by the customer, to a depth of at least 6000 meters to ensure CCIS    
operation.
The contractor is obliged to:
- ensure performance of 130 well operations for installation and dismantling of the capillary tube;
- ensure the presence of a check valve for sealing the capillary tube after running and mounted one on
the well hanger;
- The work plan is sent by the customer to the contractor together with the request for a call;
- all work on the well site should be carried out in accordance with the approved Work Plan;
- provide subsurface and surface equipment and installation equipment;
- use equipment certified on the territory of Ukraine;
- after capillary tube RIH, leave 15 meters of capillary tube with the end temporarily sealed;
- provide a certificate of acceptance and transfer of goods and work performed, a transcript of the
installed equipment and materials provided, signed by the Customer's branch.

General requirements for the procurement item and cooperation schemes:
The customer sends the contractor a letter about the need to develop a work plan for individual wells to the email address specified in clause 11.13 of the Contract. The date of receipt by the
Contractor of such a letter is considered to be the date of sending the email. Confirmation of the sending date is a screenshot.
The Contractor draws up a work plan and sends it for approval by the Customer within 3 days from the date of receipt of the letter about the need to develop a work plan.
Calls to the well are made according to the request.
The equipment shall be delivered tested, complete and with a technical data sheet. The introduction of equipment should not cause an accident in the well or cause a decrease (deterioration)
in the values of the well operation parameters. In case of depressurization of equipment at a well, it is necessary to suspend the operation of all kits. The Customer and the Contractor shall determine
the actual reason for the suspension of operation based on the results of diagnostics of a single kit as a whole, depending on the nature of the detected malfunction. Based on the results of diagnostics,
it is necessary to draw up an appropriate report, which is signed by representatives of the Parties. Premature end of operation of a single set of equipment is allowed and is issued by drawing up and
signing by representatives of the Parties of the relevant Act, if the reason for the suspension of trial operation is a malfunction or failure of the equipment, namely: – malfunction or failure of
components of the equipment. The contractor is obliged to eliminate defects in the equipment detected during the warranty period at its own expense, or replace the equipment, unless it proves that the
defects occurred as a result of the customer's violation of the rules of operation or storage of the equipment. In case of elimination of equipment defects for which the warranty period is set, this period
is extended for the time during which it was not used due to the defect, and when replacing the equipment, the warranty period is calculated anew from the date of replacement.

Terms of service provision:

 Year of manufacture of the equipment: no more than 12 months from the date of
production to the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance and Transfer
of services rendered. The equipment shall be new and unused.

Warranty period for equipment: the warranty period shall correspond to the
warranty period of the equipment manufacturer, but not less than 12 months from the date of
signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance and Transfer of services rendered.
Warranty period for capillary tube - 5 years from the date of commissioning of the
equipment (each set), which is confirmed by the protocol of commissioning of the equipment
signed by the Parties, unless a longer period is set by a manufacturer.
Payment terms for services rendered: payment upon the fact of services rendered
within 30 calendar days from the moment the Parties sign the Certificate of Acceptance and
Transfer of services rendered.
Documents and / or requirements for them provided during the provision of
services:
1). Passport confirming the characteristics of the equipment in Ukrainian, if in another
language, the participant provides a translation into Ukrainian;
2) the operating manual (or another manufacturer operating document) in Ukrainian,
if in another language, the participant provides a translation into Ukrainian;
3) quality certificate for the equipment in Ukrainian, if in another language, the
participant provides a translation into Ukrainian.

By submitting its tender offer the bidder guarantees:

1. provision of services within the time limits stipulated in the terms of the tender documentation;
2. compliance of your offer with the technical, qualitative, quantitative and other requirements for the
procurement item and main provisions that will be included in the Procurement Contract;
3.conclusion and execution of the contract on the terms set out by the customer in Annex No. 4 to the
tender documentation (draft contract).

In order to confirm the proposal compliance with the technical requirements of

the Customer for the procurement item in accordance with Annex No. 3 to the tender
documentation, the bidder provides a completed Annex No. 3 to the tender
documentation with a description of the equipment offered by it under this
procurement procedure.
