As you move around the campus, activity forms are provided for you to document your observations.
It is advised that you read the entire worksheet before proceeding to the school site. A good
understanding of the activities and tasks to be accomplished in the activity sheets will yield better
learning results.

My Analysis
How do the school campus and the classroom in particular impact on the learning of the students going to
school? What are your conclusions?
Classroom is to be considered as our second home, it is the place where students can learn and where teachers deliver their
lesson. It is where the students can interact, connect, interpret and deliver ideas together with their classmates and friends as
well as the teachers.
How does this relate to your knowledge of child and adolescent development/ How does this relate to your
knowledge of facilitating learning?
Different students come with different ways of learning, as an educator we must clearly observe the needs of our students
and we do not limit ourselves in the book instead we find ways to be able to satisfy the student and so that we will be able
to contribute to their development.

My Reflection
1. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just observed? Why? Why not?
Rhexa:Yes, I’d like to teach in this kind of school environment because of its availability
of important school facilities and laboratories.
Farrah: Yes, i would like to teach in the school environment i just observe because it is very clean
peaceful and i know that i have a lot of things ti enjoy especially teaching the kids and all the staff, teacher and
principals there is very accommodating
2. What kind of school campus is conducive to learning?
Rhexa:The school campus that is conducive for learning must have a complete,
good and operating facilities. There must have also no pollution, clean and
well-organized amenities which can able to enhance students learning process
without any hindrances from its environment.
Farrah: The learning environment does not end inside the classroom alone. It
extends even to the walls of the school. So a clean, quit, well lighted, spacious
and free from harm school campus is conducive to learning.
Rhexa:Having a comfortable physical space where children are able to sit comfortably,
see and understand what their teacher is saying, as well as socialise with their fellow
classmates is one of the major components of a conducive learning environment.
Rhexa: first it needs to have a proper ventilation system so that the students won’t feel
irritated and hot while studying, second it has to have proper lighting so that students feel
energized in studying also a classroom that is dark will promote boredom in class and lastly is the
quite yet relaxing environment, students can concentrate in studying if he place is noisy and in
chaos. The most important thing is the students being comfortable in a space and they can enjoy
studying5. Write you additional learning insights here.
Farrah: ill try to remember with all my heart the lessons i have learned in facilitating
learning subject and fieldd study course. With these, it would help me creat an ideal
learning environment.
