ANALYZE

How do the school campus and the classroom in particular impact the learning of the students
going to school? What are your conclusions?

Students Learning and development are significantly affected by the school building and
classroom. Because the condition of every building at the school and the environment within
both significantly affect students' learning. When teaching students or learners, we must think
about the best environment for them in order to ensure that they learn something. If their
learning environment does not match their learning adaptability, no learner will be able to
concentrate on their lessons.

How does this relate to your knowledge of child and adolescent development/How does this
relate to your knowledge of facilitating learning?

As I truly understand what a child and adolescent need to know, this relates to my
understanding of child and adolescent development. This may be helpful in managing how I
facilitate learning for the students. It could be difficult but fun.
REFLECT

1. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just observed? Why? Why
not?

I would like to teach in this kind of school environment because this is my previous
school when I’m High school to Senior High school and also have an available of
important facilities like library, science laboratory, computer laboratory and etc.

2. What kind of school campus is conducive to learning?

The school campus is conducive in learning if the school has a complete facilities,
materials and equipment, well-lit and well-ventilated that surely help and benefited by
students to understand the subject matter they are studying and also it benefited by the
teacher to guide the students to fully understand the lesson.

3. What kind of classroom is conducive to learning?

A conducive classroom is one that has appropriate seating and a table, is well-lit, and has
an electric fan that works to calm the students' irritation when the room is hot. Also, the
facilities play an important role in helping students learn the information they need to
know, especially when a skilled teacher by experience and by heart is guiding each
student.

4. In the future, how can you accomplish your answer in number 3?

I will work hard now to learn these kinds of ideas so that I can one day become a great
teacher. I am confident that I can create the conducive classroom I imagine and that I can
become a passionate teacher by mind and by heart because of the positive experiences
and knowledge I have obtained while attending our school.

5. Write your additional learnings and insights here.

Actually, listening to the teacher that I observed, I learned a lot that being a teacher we
need to be patient in everything. And also, I learned that every students have different
their own learning style and reaction to the environment that they have, in that case the
teacher should be complex and flexible to know and to guide his/ her students.

REFLECT

1. Name at least five skills that a teacher should have to be able to come up with
effective board displays. Elaborate on why each skill is needed.

The abilities that the teacher needs to create an effective board display are listed below.

1. A creative mind capable of constructing an output that draws the attention of the audience.

2. Artistic- In order to create appealing board displays, you must have a sense of making art.

3. Resourceful-it will be quite beneficial in terms of improving the output or board displays.

4. A trustworthy and varied yet relevant information for board displays is required for
informative board displays.

5. Patience- you must be patient when designing in order to reduce or avoid errors

2. Which of the skills you named in # 1 do you already have? Recall your past
experiences in making board displays. How do you practice these skills?

I will say that patience and resourcefulness are two of the top components that I already have.
remembering my previous experiences with board displays. Since the school only gives us a
small amount of materials to build the bulletin board, I advise using recycled materials to
give the board we made more creativity. This will make the board look more presentable and
appealing. We learned patience as a result of this because it takes time to create eye-catching
displays that attract Students.

3. Which skills do you still need to develop? What concrete steps will you take on how
you can improve on or acquire these skills.

I want to improve two qualities: creative thinking and artistic ability. And I'll practice
doing it so I can get better at it. I also searched the internet for inspiration, looking for
ideas for creating things like project outputs and other things.
