The Teacher welcomes the student to class and briefly discuss the following :

A. OVERVIEW OF FLEXIBLE LEARNING

What is the Flexible Learning Setup?

The Flexible Learning Setup is a combination of face-to-face classes and home-based learning. For school year 2021, we
will follow the 4-10 schedule, which means:
● students will attend face-to-face classes for 4 days in a week and
● study at home for the next 10 days

The primary instructional material for the flexible learning set-up is the Flexible Learning Module. The learning
experiences in the modules are designed for full self-study in the event that students will need or be required to
stay home.

The topics for the semester may be reduced by 25-50% provided that the course outcomes focus on depth of
understanding and performing the skills necessary for employment and board exams.

B. Overview of the Subject and Its Content Topic for the entire Semester :

“ The progress of a country depends on how well it utilizes its capital, natural resources, technology and human
resources. In modern societies, these resources are increasingly utilized by specialized organizations and institutions, both
public and private, which produce a large share of the goods and services needed by the society. These organizations do
not run by themselves. They are managed by people. It therefore follows that these organizations must be run by qualified

managers if the resources which they command are to be utilized effectively.

The importance of managers for economic progress, especially in newly developing countries, has long been recognized.

C. Policies and Guidelines :


1. Students could dropped from the class due to excessive absences and /or tardiness.
2. Student Activity sheets will have to answered and evaluated everyday on the topic assigned and scheduled.
3. Activity sheets and workbook will only be utilized inside the classroom and should not be brought outside of the
school premises.
4. Loitering and taking aloud in the lobby and smoking is strictly prohibited
5. No one is allowed to sit on the railing or stairs.
6. Cellular phone should be turned off during classes.
7. Wearing of the prescribed school uniform on school days except ( Wednesday / Wash DAy ) and school ID is
strictly implemented.
8. Females students should not wear slippers and short pants, spaghetti strapped / midriff blouse and mini skirts.
9. Male students are not allowed to wear sando and and sleeveless shirt, slippers and short pants. They should also
avoid sporting long hair and wearing earrings.

D. STUDENTS INDIVIDUAL INTRODUCTION to CLASS and a BRIEF SHARING ABOUT MANAGEMENT to apply in
personal life.
