 Notice：

1. We conduct the class via Google Meet. We recommend to use computer or lap-top equipped with
microphone, earphones and camera. Please make sure your equipments meet the need.
 2. Please do not record or take a picture of the class. There is no make-up class, so please attend the
class on time.

3. We will provide certificate for those fully attend the class and pass the test. Fully attend means do
not skip the class, not late for class and not leaving the class earlier than the class end.

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION
● Class Description:
1. Practical courses for beginners.
2. Class will be relaxing and interesting.

● Textbooks/Learning Material: The CLC is focusing on the daily conversation as well as the
culture.

● Term Length:
1. Date: November 2nd until 30th (Monday to Thursday). Please choose one class
between two time slots (Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday).
2. Time: 9:00 AM - 12 PM
Total hours for each student are 24 hours.

● Requirements for Participants:

1. Minimum age requirement is 18, no upper age limit.
2. Indonesian citizen.
3. Enthusiastic in learning traditional Mandarin for Beginner (A1 level) and preparing for
study in Taiwan.

● Registration Procedure:
1. Participants must register through this link: https://bit.ly/regist-omc2022
Please be aware that TETO & TEC will review student's motivations or reasons
on why a student wants to take the Mandarin course program.
2. The registration will be closed on October 31st 2022, or whenever the quota is
fulfilled, the registration will be closed.
3. Please take a note that TETO dan TEC will review and select the participants who are
eligible to participate in this program. For the announcement of the selection process,
TEC will send a private announcement email or WhatsApp message only to the
selected participants on November 1st 2022 for the latest. If the participants do not
receive an announcement email or WhatsApp message from TEC until November 1st
2022, it means their registrations are not accepted. Please kindly follow TEC Indonesia
on Instagram @tetotec_indonesia for the updated information regarding this program
registration.

● Terms and Conditions:

1. This program is 100% free of charge.
2. Please choose one class between two time slots (Monday & Wednesday or
Tuesday & Thursday).
3. The participants must be able to speak English (the class will be conducted in English).
4. This program does not require any Chinese proficiency certificate.
5. The participants must commit to virtually attend all classes (100% full attendance).
Before you register, please make sure that you will be available for all class
schedules you choose!
6. The participants must attend all classes on time and always turn on camera features
during all classes.
7. E-certificate will be issued for those who fully attend the class and pass the test. Fully
attend means do not skip the class, not late for class and not leaving the class
earlier than the class end.
