whole of Kwa Vonza town. I am well equipped to operate a licensed video game lounge with a
wide range of video games from top flight video games companies like Microsoft Corporation,
GameStop Corp., Sony Corporation and Electronic Arts Inc.
I conducted a thorough market research and I came to the conclusion that Kwa Vonza is the right

Our location is in a busy street in Kwa Vonza town which gives us easy access to all of our most
the traffic coming to the town.
Business Operations and Organizations
Fast Track Video Game Lounge will be open 14 hours in a day during weekends (Fridays to
Sundays) and from 8:00 am to 8.00 pm from Mondays to Thursdays in order for us to
accommodate people with different time preferences. This will also ensure that I accommodate
various customers throughout.
Each day immediately after opening of the premises, I will do cleaning which involves mopping
of the floor and also dusting the electronic devices. This should only take less than 30 minutes
after opening.

Sales Methodology
Our strategy will be a part inbound, part outbound strategy. Inbound will be enacted using the
acquisition channels listed above in the Marketing Plan Section.
For our outbound work, we will work on account-based sales. We want to build relationships
with Rhode Island’s most prominent restaurants, and to do that, we need to take an active role in
forming these connections.
We have two in-house BDRs to work out inbound and outbound funnel from the office. We also
have three outbound sales reps to actively form connections and respond to in-person inquiries.
The team is headed up by our VP of Sales, who reports to our CRO.

Our biggest considerations come from the FDA. We work closely with local professionals to
ensure our sourcing, storage, and delivery is safe and compliant with these restrictions. We’re
also fully compliant with restrictions for states in all of New England + New York to cover our
bases as we expand.

The future of a business lies in the number of loyal customers that they have, the capacity and
competence of their employees, their investment strategy and the business structure. If all of
these factors are missing from a business, then it won’t be too long before the business closes
shop.
