अग्रेषण के लिए ही इस कार्ड का उपयोग कर सकता हूं और प्रमाणित करता हूं कि ऊपर दिया गया
विवरण ठीक और सही है । मेरी पहचान स्थापित करने के लिए _______________की एक प्रति भी
प्रस्तत
ु कर रहा हूं। उपयक् ु त क के अंतर्गत दिए गए विवरण में किसी प्रकार का परिवर्तन होने पर मैं बैंक

दिए जाने वाले दिशा निर्देशों के अधीन होंगे। इस कार्ड का उपयोग केवल धन प्रेषण के प्रयोजन से ऐसी
शाखाओं में ही किया जा सकता है जहां ग्रीन चैनल काउं टर/ बी एन ए की सवि ु धा उपलब्ध हो।

I have read and understood the rules and regulation of SBI green remit card and agree to abide
by the terms and conditions relating to the conduct there of as also any charges Groutabout
therein from time to time . I am also aware that I can operate this card only for remitting the
money to the pre-designated account as mentioned under B-2 above and clarify that the
particulars given above are correct and true. I also submit hair with a copy of …………. To
establish my identity. I note to inform the bank if there is any change in particulars above
mentioned under ‘A’. I authorise the bank to share the above information with any agency if
necessary. All remittances are subject to RBI guidelines from time to time under Cash Pay in.
This card can be used for the purpose of remittance only at branches where Green Channel
Counter Bunch Note Acceptor facilities are available.
