अनुसाय आऩ का फक अऩनी जिम्भेदारयमों के ननवहन हते ु भुझ/े हभें स्वीकृ त/स्वीकृ त की िाने वारी ऋण सुप्रवधाओं, भेये/हभाये
कतव्मों के ननवहन मा ऋण बुगतान भें च , मदद कोई हो, से संफं धधत सूचनाओं एवं आंकडों के प्रकटीकयण के लरए भेयी/हभायी सहभनत की अऩे ऺा
कयता है.
I/we, understand that as a pre-condition, relating to grant of the loans/advances/other non-fund based
credit facilities to me/us, your Bank, requires my/our consent for the disclosure by the bank of
information and data relating to me/us, of the credit facility availed of/to be availed, by me/us, obligations
assumed/to be assumed by me/us, in relation thereto and default, if any committed by me/us, in discharge
thereof.

2. तदनुसाय, मदद आऩ का फक उधचत मा आवश्मक सभझ,े तो

रयज़वभ फक की ओय से प्राधधकृ त ककसी अन्म एिेंसी को ननम्नलरणखत भें से सबी मा ककसी स ना के प्रकटीकयण के लरए
भ/ैं हभ, एतद्द्वाया आऩ के फक को अऩनी सहभनत प्रदान कयता हूं /कयते हैं;

(क) भुझसे/हभसे संफं धधत स ना एवं आंकडे:-

(ख) भुझ/े हभें स्वीकृ त/स्वीकृ त की िाने वारी ककसी ऋण सुप्रवधा से संफं धधत स ना अथवा आंकड, औय
(ग) भेयी/हभायी ऐसी देमताओं के ननवहन भें भेये/हभाये द्वाया की गई च , मदद कोई हो.

Accordingly, I/we, hereby agree and give consent for the disclosure by your bank of all or any

(a) information and data relating to me/us;

(b) the information or data relating to any credit facility availed of/to be availed, by me/us, and
(c) default, if any, committed by me/us, in discharge of my/our such obligation.
As your bank may deem appropriate and necessary, to disclose and furnished to Credit Information Bureau (India)
Ltd. and any other agency authorized in this behalf by Reserve Bank of India.

I/we, undertake that :

(a) The Credit Information Bureau (India) Ltd. and any other agency so authorized may use, process the
said information and data disclosed by the bank in the manner as deemed fit by them; and
(b) The Credit Information Bureau (India) Ltd. and any other agency so authorized may furnished for
consideration, the processed information and data or products thereof prepared by them, to
banks/financial institutions and other credit grantors or registered users, as may be specified by the
Reserve Bank of India in this behalf.
